" Thank you so much for hosting our visit to Little Sprouts on Tuesday, 2nd May 2017 - we were so inspired by what we saw - you and your team have done a wonderful job of providing a Reggio inspired learning environment - it gave us great delight to see the home made resources, the engaging activities set up, the beautiful classrooms and we were lucky to meet some of your committed team. We were impressed to see the light room, and to see how this has been incorporated into some of the classrooms. Little Sprouts truly offers a play based, interactive learning space, with lots of sensory, hands on activities - I know you and your team are proud of what you have created for children, and rightly so, we left your centre blown away by what is on offer, keep up the great work!"
-Betty Yau (Early Years Educator, Vice Principal, Fairchild Kindergarten, Hong Kong) "My two year old had a great time playing and exploring the natural environment. There was sand and water play as well as finger and foot painting. They used a lot of recycled materials for their play kitchen which is hard to find in Hong Kong. The teachers were very inquiry play based and had a strong understanding of how young children learn which was great to see especially as an early years teacher myself. " -Sara Macleod (Early Years Educator/ coordinator, ESF Hong Kong @ Hong Kong Moms) "I visited Uno Kidz the week before last! I am an Early Years teacher and it was lovely to see a natural, sensory & inspiring environment for such young learners! - Rebecca Smith (Early Years Educator, ESF Hong Kong @ Facebook Uno Kidz) "I went with my twin babies, and they have lots of fun. I was so impressed with their teaching material, lots of DIY toys, messy play is always a great hit for my babies. I have never been to a playgroup that even me and my helper would enjoy. There is also a spacious, free play area filled water + sand station, picnic + play kitchen, art n craft (with real paint) for little ones to play before and after class. Highly recommend you mommies to see it for yourself through a free trial lesson. I am just too happy to see such playgroups does exist in Hong Kong." -Christy Cheng (Hong Kong Moms) "Very unique for Hong Kong and they have created a beautiful space for the Kids." -Liz Sloane (Hong Kong Moms) "Very friendly teachers. Great ideas that can be recreated at home too." -Amanda Durnford "Encouraging fine motor skills. Teachers letting them explore freely. So many things to touch, feel, see, look." -Gemma Curtis "Knowledgeable teachers and good quality of activities and resources." -Jill Dixon "Use of natural items and recycling such as cardboard, boxes, bottles etc.; makes Uno Kidz different from other kindergartens." -Irene Moore "Different activities each week, but the fact that we repeat same songs and playtime helps baby feel comfortable. He knows what going on." -Susana "I visited this new playgroup during their open day a few weeks ago called 'Uno Kidz' on King's Road. It's part of the Catiline group so I was a bit skeptical as I was looking for a western style of playgroup, but they had this open day and I went along. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious environment and the range of resources/materials for children to play with. There were several classrooms and a large shared play area which was fantastic. The staff seemed friendly too which is always good! Just wanted to share a little gem that i'd found! Has anyone else been?" -Review on Geo Baby |
