Susan is the Head of Little Sprouts and the English Department of the Catiline Kindergarten group. Susan has a Management Degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia (RMIT) and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management RMIT (Australia). She has been working in the education field for over 20 years both in Hong Kong and Australia.
Susan has been managing educational teams for the past 8 years with the English Schools Foundation (ESF) at Wu Kai Sha Kindergarten and with Catline Kindergarten as Head of English. Susan is honoured to be heading up the new venture (Little Sprouts) for Catiline and is a strong supporter of a multi-faceted approach to learning which includes the whole child. Susan believes the key to providing quality education is through delivering innovative, stimulating learning environments where children are encouraged to explore, learn and grow. At Little Sprouts she encourages teachers to deliver quality programs whilst providing hands on experiences to enrich students learning and lay the foundation for lifelong learning. |
